Pay no attention to that girl behind the curtain!  If Amber Ink. were the land of OZ (it gets more plausible every day) Pam Alvarez, *aka. Incredimombo, is most definitely our wizard. 
 
Pam is prime for Executive VP of any company. We're so lucky she picked ours. Amber is her oldest kid (1 of 3) and that may have had some pull.....  She is a skilled problem solver, a master organizer (elementary school librarian), a world traveler, a seeker of knowledge (she wins at internet) and a truly creative thinker -- the baby pictures, that was her idea. Yep. She's brilliant.  She is the first line of defense when it comes to filling orders, creating challenges and blog posts, mastering marketing, wrangling our (th)INK tank, and pretty much kicking trash.

Pam is adjusting to a new life, with hubby, youngest daughter, and mom. somewhere along the Rockies. After 30 years of island life on the North Shore of Oahu, she is thrilled to be landscaping a garden that boasts strong soil and good earth instead of sand.
